I have been good about my eating habits. I keep the calorie count under 1500 or at the very least 1800. As a writer its easy to not get so worked up about missing a meal. It is a bit more of an adventure to figure out how to work a workout routine in the schedule. But I manage. This weekend I am going to the movies with my husband and I think I now have enough discipline to forego the raisinettes. I will have the popcorn and a small soda. I don't drink soda at all anymore so having one this weekend is kind of a treat or a setback considering your perspective LOL.
I hope that your voyage is going well and that you are able to brag about your weight release victories this past month. I have decided to make a chart for my progress. You know kind of like a growth chart. I have it in my mind how much I want to weigh by my birthday next year but its another thing to actually see the results written down. I saw this one and decided I will do it. Its a visual reminder of what you're doing right or what you're doing wrong. :(
Also very soon I will be starting a podcast on releasing the pounds and speaking to a lot of professionals who have helped many people reach their weight goals. Like all of you there are days I look forward to working out and I feel highly motivated and other days I have to push myself. But I suspect that is with anything we choose to do on a consistent basis. The best thing you can do is write about it. Whether it's a blog or a journal or a notebook or however you chart your progress and your feelings. It is a good idea and it will help you through the times you feel you are struggling. Until next time!
